Job Title

About the Role

This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide expert advice on how to optimize their SAP solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing customer business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic plans to deliver high-quality results.

  • Primary contact for customers regarding technology discussions and escalations
  • Understand customer business goals and challenges to suggest solutions and services
  • Advise customers on technical requirements and constraints in various technical situations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical knowledge of SAP technologies and products, including S/4HANA architecture, migration path, methodology, and tools. Additionally, you should have experience working with cross-cultural teams and individuals, and be proficient in languages such as English and Spanish.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
  • Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification beneficial)
  • Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
