Drive Customer Engagement as an Email Marketing Specialist

This role involves crafting compelling email and SMS campaigns to drive customer loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Retention Marketing Managers to develop and execute data-driven email and SMS strategies for e-commerce clients.
  • Write, proof, and schedule email and SMS campaigns on a daily basis, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with clients to manage the revision and approval process of their emails and SMS messages.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts for client retention marketing calendars on a monthly basis.
  • Work with in-house design teams to develop design approaches for campaigns and flows, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Produce copy for campaign concepts and work with clients to gain approval on briefs before sending them to designers.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Prior experience working at an agency or with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
