  • Key Responsibilities
    • Project Management
      • Develop projects in our internal CRM, ensuring timely and accurate entry of project details.
      • Support ad testing processes through internal platform system ad upload workflows.
      • Coordinate project statuses between Delivery, Research & Guidance, and Sales teams.
      • Manage client workspaces in internal platform systems in coordination with Sales teams.
      • Ensure data quality in ad testing and research, in coordination with Research & Guidance, and Sales teams.
    • Administrative Support
      • Oversee Purchase Orders and Statements of Work in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
      • Manage project approvals and invoicing in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
      • Obtain cost confirmations from clients in coordination with Finance teams.
      • Coordinate new client onboarding processes.
      • Deliver sales & marketing assets to current and prospective clients.
    • Internal Operations
      • Coordinate internal research projects.
      • Produce ad hoc reports for Sales teams in Excel, PPT, and PowerBI.
      • Manage internal folders and documentation.
      • Surface sales performance metrics for Commercial Operations and Sales teams.
      • Address internal support tickets to resolve system bugs and client requests.
    • Internal Enablement
      • Manage internal training content and assist with training.
      • Communicate internal process updates.
      • Support Sales teams with research project questions.
      • Liaise with operational teams to ensure timely production of research projects.

    This role requires a results-driven individual who is focused on delivering excellence, proactive, and has a positive can-do attitude.

    The ideal candidate will have fluency in Portuguese and English, ability to troubleshoot issues, confidence to be the first point of contact, and comfortable liaising with teams on progress of projects.
