We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in shaping the future of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud localization. As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing pre-configuration business settings for specific local versions, commonly known as Best Practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience with sales process configuration and knowledge on various processes including sales order, delivery, and invoice setup. They should also have expertise in setting up sales organizations, sales areas, and access sequences.
Additional responsibilities include reviewing configuration settings, making necessary localization changes, and testing various business processes. The successful candidate will also assist with resolving customer incidents using SAP's incident management tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pre-configuration business settings for specific local versions (Best Practices)
- Configure sales process, sales organization, sales area, and access sequence
- Review configuration settings and make necessary localization changes
- Test various business processes and make necessary changes to configuration or documentation
- Assist with resolving customer incidents using SAP's incident management tool
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, computer science, or similar
Skills and Competencies:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and self-assertion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Management assistant experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a cross-location / multicultural organization
- Fluent in English in both written and verbal form
