Drive Revenue Growth with Amazon Connect

As a Sales Specialist for Amazon Connect, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth in a defined territory with multiple account teams and partners. Your primary focus will be on meeting or exceeding revenue targets by helping AWS sellers navigate sales cycles and accelerate implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue in a defined territory with multiple account teams and partners
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets by helping AWS sellers navigate sales cycles and accelerate implementations
  • Build deep relationships with customers to fully understand their business, solutions, and technical needs
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams to drive achievement of revenue and win goals
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions that address specific needs of your customers
  • Build, manage, and close a pipeline of Amazon Connect revenue in your territory
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • 5+ years experience selling into contact centers
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
