Software Engineer Role

We're seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our international team in Blumenau, Brazil.

As a software engineer, you'll be responsible for developing full-stack software products and supporting utilities using your expertise in .NET. You'll work with complex client-server architectures based on Windows Server and Windows 10, utilizing virtual machines.

You'll collaborate with global teams to document, diagram, and share complex systems cross-functionally. Participate in security, scalability, privacy, and performance aspects of the software life cycle. Contribute to our end-to-end continuous integration DevOps pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using .NET
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and system architecture
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical course in IT or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a developer on a software solution, with managed code experience (C#, Java, etc.)
  • Professional experience with .NET development (.net, .netcore, Visual Studio, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting network, operating system, and software solutions in deployed environments
  • Work experience in agile or scrum-based development teams
  • Experience with code testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing, BDD, TDD, etc.)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with T-SQL, preferably MS SQL
  • UI framework experience: WPF, Winforms, Angular
  • Azure DevOps experience (agile product lifecycle and Git-based source control)
  • Script language proficiency (PowerShell, CMD shell, XML, YAML, etc.) for DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development
  • Experience in healthcare and/or other regulated environments
