Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead the development of end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and modernize complex legacy CRM ecosystems in highly regulated environments.

About the Project
  • Lead the selection, integration design, and modernization strategy for CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and HubSpot
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations that meet business needs

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ Years of experience working in Software Architecture
  • 5+ Years of experience working in CRM systems
  • Proven track record of delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software architecture, CRM systems, and experience working in highly regulated environments. They will be responsible for defining end-to-end CRM strategies, collaborating with stakeholders across departments, and ensuring architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy CRM ecosystems.
