- Design and develop complex solution designs, applying extensive experience and team standards in solution development.
- Develop and execute unit and integration testing.
- Communicate and gain approval from stakeholders on developed solutions, revising and modifying as necessary.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation of project code and processes following standards set forth by the Applications Team.
- Migrate solutions into production environments.
- Support developed solutions, engaging third-party vendors when necessary.
- Train and support end-user requests on developed solutions.
- Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends, providing consulting services leveraging expertise and best practice knowledge.
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members.
- Identify and improve team standards and grow knowledge of the team.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Significant experience as a software developer.
- Experience with web development.
- Strong coding skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills applied successfully within teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
