- Oversee the quality of all creative assets, serving as a gatekeeper for high standards
- Lead the development of creative aspects for performance marketing activities in Latin America (LATAM)
- Identify business challenges and propose scalable solutions to address them
- Analyze consumer patterns to inform creative strategy and advise stakeholders accordingly
- Develop and maintain briefs, facilitating brainstorming sessions with external creative agencies like Winclap
- Conceptualize new ideas for the creative strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage ongoing tasks and track progress to meet deadlines
- Prioritize requests from creative agencies and collaborate to adapt and implement creative solutions
- Provide essential information for campaign implementation and facilitate reporting standardization
- Coordinate and schedule A/B testing for upcoming creative initiatives, standardizing testing procedures to enhance current creatives
