
Information Product Management Specialist

The Information Product Manager will be the primary point of contact for all information product management services, ensuring alignment with business and knowledge strategies.
This role involves managing all operational aspects of the services, including service design, monitoring, and performance. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement information product management services.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert for information product management services, leading on adoption and representing the service at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborating with various teams to develop and manage information product management service materials, defining KPIs and SLAs, and monitoring and managing service performance.
- Engaging with internal and external clients and key stakeholders to capture feedback, understand business requirements, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree, preferably in library, information science, or legal information management. They should also have experience in global and regional library, knowledge, information, and research, as well as proficiency in utilizing and managing AI tools and platforms.
Additionally, the candidate should have proven project management skills, including virtual teams, and experience in managing customer feedback and appreciation of excellent customer experience.
