Executive Manager of Projects

Objetivo:
Coordenar atividades, recursos e informações para garantir o sucesso dos projetos.
Responsabilidades:
- Dividir os projetos em ações executáveis e definir prazos;
- Colaborar com os clientes para identificar e definir escopo, requisitos e objetivos;
- Atribuir tarefas a equipes internas e gerenciar cronogramas;
- Verificar se as necessidades dos clientes são atendidas à medida que os projetos evoluem;
- Analisar riscos e oportunidades;
- Monitorar o progresso do projeto e lidar com os problemas que surgirem;
- Atuar como ponto de contato e comunicar a situação do projeto a todos os participantes;
- Trabalhar com as equipes e gestores para eliminar obstáculos;
- Usar ferramentas para monitorar horas de trabalho e avanços do projeto;
- Emitir toda a documentação legal apropriada;
- Criar e manter documentação, planos e relatórios abrangentes do projeto;
Requisitos:
- Experiência comprovada como coordenador de projetos ou função similar;
- Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos, desde a concepção até a entrega;
- Capacidade de preparar e interpretar fluxogramas, cronogramas e planos de ação passo a passo;
- Sólidas habilidades organizacional e de gerenciamento de tempo;
- Fortes habilidades em relação ao cliente e trabalho em equipe;
- Familiaridade com gerenciamento de riscos e controle de garantia de qualidade;
- Sólidos conhecimentos de trabalho do Microsoft Project e Microsoft Planner;
- Experiência prática com ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos (por exemplo, Basecamp ou Trello);
Desenvolvimento pessoal:
- Garantir que os padrões e requisitos sejam atendidos através da realização de testes de garantia de qualidade.
- Desenvolver habilidades em metodologias Ágeis e no PMBOK;
