Job Overview


The Production Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our factory. This involves collaborating with production supervisors to prepare devices for projection welding and guaranteeing that machines are producing within specified parameters.


This position demands exceptional communication skills, particularly when interacting with support areas such as quality, warehousing, maintenance, and logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up devices and assist operators in loading machines and performing operations.
  • Communicate incidents or accidents to relevant parties.
  • Train new colleagues on job tasks.
  • Support production supervisors with reporting, issuing production reports, and identifying issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


To excel in this role, candidates should possess:


- At least 1 year of experience at a similar organization.


- Flexibility to work varied hours.


- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the welding industry.


Desirable Qualifications:


Applicants with the following qualifications will be highly valued:


- Proficiency in SAP software.


- Familiarity with CAPTUR system.


- Strong Microsoft Office skills.


- Experience in leadership roles.


- Knowledge of Kanban, TPM, product quality, and Kaizen principles.


- Familiarity with quality tools (5 Whys, 5 Ws, Ishikawa, etc).


Education:


Candidates must have either completed a technical course or be currently enrolled in a higher education program, along with mandatory training in welding techniques.
