The Senior Manager, Bids and Tenders is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the organization with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences across all business verticals. This role oversees customer service activities and plans, exploring alternative models, systems, and tools to enhance business efficiency.

This position manages a team of representatives and contingent workers, including budget responsibilities and managing outside contractors/vendors. The ideal candidate will develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills, defining and leading key strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and represent Bids & Tenders on regional projects with medium complexity.">
  • Oversee customer service department activities and plans.">
  • Explore alternative models, system, and tools to be used by the business.">
  • Develop new departmental work procedures and principles (SOPs etc.).">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related field, 5-10 years of related experience in Bids & Tenders.

Required: 2-3 years of demonstrated track record in people management. Master's Degree or equivalent in related field. Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
