Job Title: Customer Service Associate I-Business

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal customers via email, instant message, or phone.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Product Support department as needed.
  • Process and resolve a high volume of internal customer inquiries related to FIS products and services.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in our systems and platforms, creating tickets and following up on resolutions.
  • Track and report on ticket evolution on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide guidance and mentoring as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experienced in a relevant combination of work and education.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
