Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to internal customers via email, instant message, or phone.
- Escalate complex issues to the Product Support department as needed.
- Process and resolve a high volume of internal customer inquiries related to FIS products and services.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in our systems and platforms, creating tickets and following up on resolutions.
- Track and report on ticket evolution on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide guidance and mentoring as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experienced in a relevant combination of work and education.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
