Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Sales Team to support meetings with potential clients, providing technical expertise and guidance on integration requirements.
- Work with clients to understand their current architecture and technical landscape, defining a high-level solutions map for integrating Instaleap with their legacy systems and external parties.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and teaching them about our technology and how it can benefit their business.
- Partner with internal teams to identify the best fit for our products and services to meet client needs.
- Identify and manage potential risks during the integration process.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and support technical issues during implementation.
- Execute tests, configurations, and automation to ensure seamless implementation.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Experience managing implementation projects.
- At least 1+ year of experience working in a SaaS company.
- At least 3 years of experience working with integrations via API.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS.
- Familiarity with constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases.
