This position involves coordinating activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to supervise a team.

About the Role
  • Coordinate activities such as receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment.
  • Supervise the warehouse team and promote training and operational best practices.
  • Conduct periodic inventories and maintain data accuracy.
  • Manage the flow of materials in and out according to the project schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate physical and system inventory control, preventing losses and discrepancies.
  • Interface with suppliers, engineers, and managers to ensure proper supply.
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
  • Prepare reports on material movement and logistics performance indicators.
Skill Requirements
  • Minimum technical degree in Logistics or related fields.
  • Solid experience in warehouse management, preferably in construction or industrial environments (minimum 10 years).
  • Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics control tools.
