• Take ownership of answering all reservation inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Have in-depth knowledge of hotel rooms, locations, and services
• Issue quotes and confirmations according to Wyndham standards
• Manage room rates and maintain accurate pricing information
• Keep up-to-date on various promotions and inform relevant stakeholders
• Collect and document necessary data for all reservations, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed sales targets for each segment, client, and rate level, taking into account seasonal demand

• High school diploma or equivalent, or students studying hospitality or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
• Advanced English language skills
