Senior Biotech Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong knowledge and experience within enzymes for the baking industry as Senior Application Scientist. This role will support the growth of our Health & Bioscience business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serving customers with technical support for bakery enzyme products together with colleagues from our global organization.
• Developing solid technical knowledge of our bakery enzyme product portfolio to gain customer confidence.
• Providing on-site technical and operational support related to our functional ingredients and solutions with a focus on bakery enzymes.
• Documenting the effect of our enzyme portfolio in technical reports and presenting data via presentations for customers and internal colleagues.
• Exploring and evaluating new business opportunities and identifying key success factors to win business with the sales team and business lead.
• Participating in customer development projects and internal development projects.
• Assisting in the development and documentation of enzyme products throughout the commercialization process.
