Biology Educator

We are a vibrant and dynamic International School in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, offering a unique blend of the International Baccalaureate and local educational systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biology teacher to join our team. As a Biology teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to our students.

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of our students.
• Assess and report student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Take responsibility for the welfare and pastoral development of your class group, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Manage classroom resources and maintain a well-organized learning space.
• Participate in school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.
• Line manage a teaching assistant, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in an international setting.
• The ability to design and deliver engaging, conceptual, and inquiry-based lessons that cater to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with collaborative planning and team-teaching approaches.
