Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a backend development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's capabilities.

You will communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams. You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing backend development team
  • Experience with backend development using Java
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
