Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Regional Clinical Study Manager to lead our regional clinical operations team and ensure the successful delivery of studies within agreed timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead external vendors involved in study delivery, collaborate with key stakeholders, and provide regular updates on study progress.
  • Plan and manage clinical studies from feasibility through closeout activities for the region, generate study start-up and recruitment timelines, and drive trial feasibility.
  • Monitor study activities to ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulations, prepare sites for quality assurance audits, and lead improvements.
  • Manage regional study budgets, work with sourcing teams to select and manage regional study vendors, and collaborate on investigator fees.

Requirements:

  • Portuguese and English language proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, hematology, and oncology.
