Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Leader to drive the development of innovative software systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical designs, code reviews, and implementation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with popular software systems, integrations technologies, and open-source solutions. We are looking for a motivated individual who strives for high engineering quality, seeks improvements, continuously develops their skills, and applies them at work.
About the Role:
- Develop software solutions leveraging Golang programming language
- Lead technical designs, code reviews, and implementation
- Deploy and operate services developed by the team
- Coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback to colleagues
- Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
Requirements:
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path
- Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results
- Experience with software development in Golang programming language
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long
