Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un coordinateur de support communautaire dynamique, indépendant, avec une bonne expérience de gestion et un regard analytique et stratégique.
Il/elle aura une forte expertise en socio-organisation dans le domaine de la conservation avec une passion pour la vie associative dans les villages côtiers.
Le candidat idéal sera capable de diriger le développement de nos initiatives de conservation communautaire sur les ressources marines et côtières au sein des LMMA (locally managed marine areas) de Maintirano.
Compétences requises
- Forte expertise en socio-organisation dans le domaine de la conservation.
- Pas sion pour la vie associative dans les villages côtiers.
- Expérience de gestion.
- Regard analytique et stratégique.
Avantages
Le poste est basé dans notre bureau à Maintirano avec de fréquents déplacements au niveau des villages, régionaux et éventuellement nationaux.
