Healthcare Services Manager

Key responsibilities include overseeing the management of a company clinic, providing medical services to employees, and referring them to hospital if necessary.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry, as well as proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable business goals and objectives.
They will also possess strong financial and analytical ability, with proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
A proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and managing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs, is highly desirable.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong and convincing communication skills, and proficiency in using personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and e-mail.
Requirements:- Must hold current doctor license
- Medical College degree or above
- Preferably have 2 years experience as a Company clinic doctor
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
