Job Title: International Trip Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Trip Planner to join our team at Boeing. As an International Trip Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating international trips for our customers, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made for a smooth and efficient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate international trips, including flight planning, customs, and ground handling arrangements.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate with destination facilities to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made for arriving flights.
  • Monitor trip planning services tasks and ensure that tasks are updated accurately.
  • Follow active flights and provide crucial update information to destination airports, foreign and domestic.

Requirements:

  • Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
  • Must have a degree in an accredited course of study.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift patterns.
  • Good customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with International flight planning.
  • Experience with dispatch or pilot license. Instrument rating or other aviation certifications.

Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Additional Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
