  • Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with product managers to deliver products and projects
  • Participate and lead discovery sessions externally and internally
  • Guide the development of our customer experience
  • Help with ideas, flows, features, and everything that could improve the customer journey
  • Be able to prototype by creating wireframes to help prove the concept and assist teams
  • Run user tests
  • Responsible for all the customer interaction and visual design
  • Collaborate with the engineering team
  • Monitor, validate, and improve outcomes
