About the Role

This part-time internship is available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and offers the perfect chance to gain hands-on experience in data updates, report generation, and organization of materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Update registration spreadsheets and operational pending lists with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate basic performance reports (views, clicks, conversions) to support informed decision-making.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via WhatsApp and record feedback for future improvement.
  • Organize files and folders in the cloud with standardization, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Assist in sending and controlling materials for agencies, promoting effective collaboration.
  • Monitor banners for issues or expiration, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Maintain organized and updated banner repositories and checklists, ensuring up-to-date knowledge.
  • Inform the team about changes in banners and content, fostering open communication.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing data for leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Perform other related tasks as directed by supervision, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in higher education in Administration, Business Processes, Commercial Management, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
