About the Role:

Stryker Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Orthopedic Robotic Product Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and market penetration of our MAKO business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop Stryker customers and employees to support MAKO business growth and market penetration.
• Launch new accounts across key regions and serve as a MAKO clinical expert, providing product clinical support and guidance to customers.
• Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the company's Robotic Arm, assisting surgeons in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning.
• Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and theatre staff at Stryker accounts.
• Support the development and delivery of training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products.
• Collaborate with regional training teams in communications and negotiations with government and professional bodies to ensure the accreditation of courses as needed.
• Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences.

Requirements:

• Technical degree and/or bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, surgical instrumentalist, or other healthcare-related area.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Previous experience in the hospital and surgical environment, with a strong background in clinical and surgical support.
• Able to develop and deliver training and education programs.
• Previous experience working with robotic surgery is a plus, as is knowledge of orthopedics and/or aspects related to the musculoskeletal system.
• Demonstrated aptitude in technical skills and technology systems and administrative procedures.
• Availability to travel and flexible hours.
