We are seeking a skilled IT Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to support the delivery of best-in-class IT projects and services. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on change management process and methodology to the IT community.
- Contribute to the development of an enterprise IT change management maturity model and roadmap.
- Establish effective change management approaches for various project types and scenarios.
- Manage the Enterprise IT change review gate, including agendas, notes, reports, dashboards, and stakeholder matrices.
- Support communication strategy of the IT PMO by authoring and publishing communications to the IT community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of IT project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work closely with IT teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization.
