Program Director

The Program Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of a STEM education program. They will plan, develop, administer, coordinate, and evaluate new or revised education program goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality educational content to support in-person engagement and online learning environments
- Evaluate program effectiveness and devise methodologies for evaluation
- Drive event success measures, including participation levels and participant satisfaction rates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any STEM field
- 5-7 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in Python programming language
