Product Visionary

The Product Owner/Gerente de Produtos will be responsible for leading the product team and ensuring that the company's products meet the needs of its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and their place in the market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product vision, and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of experience in product management in the Fintech industry.
  • International background is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness for personal growth.

This role requires presence in the office 3 days a week. The contract duration is indefinite. Fluency in English is required.
