Autism Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in various settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and be able to teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.

  • Key responsibilities include implementing therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and providing support to families as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area being preferred.
  • Comfort working with children of all ages and abilities is essential.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds is necessary.

  • A competitive hourly rate is offered, with a 20% pay differential for client-facing sessions that go past 6 pm or for Saturday sessions.
  • Comprehensive, paid training and exam for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is provided.
