Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to project goals.
  2. Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
  3. Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
  4. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
  5. Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
