Microsoft Teams Specialist Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Teams Specialist who wants to learn and grow with us. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.

  • Key tasks include automating processes and recommending engineering improvements, monitoring alerts, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions.

Additionally, you will work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations. Proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph is also required.

Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation is necessary, as well as knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement. Fluency in English is mandatory.
