Instrumentation Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team at RGE. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and preserving the life of our pneumatic and electro-electronic instruments to ensure the continuity of our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the implementation of services and ensure that services and materials used are in accordance with project specifications.
• Verify the completion of release tests of completed work steps to ensure system functionality.
• Register and update equipment tree/installation location and spares in the SAP system.
• Comply with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment policies.
• Execute program loading in control and protection equipment using automated tools.
• Supervise material removal from the warehouse, validating specification, transportation, and packaging.
• Initiate processes for registration/purchase/contracting of services/equipment and materials needed for project implementation.
• Guide and track work achievements with third parties and providers to maintain company standards.
• Collect technical data for spare parts registration and create/update lists of criticalities A, B, C for Maintenance Management approval.
• Support coordination in short, medium, and long-term planning for project implementation using tracking software.

Requirements:

• Techincal degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
• Experience in the function or a similar role.
• Willingness to relocate to the work location.
