Carpet Installer Job Description

This is a full-time position that requires installing flooring in homes and businesses. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in flooring installation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep and install flooring according to company procedures with attention to detail.
  • Keep tools organized and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with the project file before starting work.
  • Properly handle company machinery and power tools.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met every time.
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction with every aspect of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in flooring installation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
  • Job requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting.
