We are seeking a skilled Equipment Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing equipment and process support to workcells operating within the facility through maintenance and repair of all equipment utilized in manufacturing operations.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with preventive maintenance, ability to determine work priorities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
- Determine work priorities based on production schedules and collaborate with supervisors to achieve goals.
- Provide technical support to machine operators and facilitate problem-solving efforts.
- Develop and implement long-term solutions to repetitive equipment issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in line metrics, efficiencies, and yields.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols.
