At Quorum, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital workplace, you'll be responsible for leading our IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure.



As a Digital Workplace Leader, you'll be responsible for creating a culture that enables digital dexterity and supports the productive use of technology for better business outcomes. This includes streamlining the use of technology, identifying and adopting new technologies, and ensuring effective utilization across the organization.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Creating a culture that enables digital dexterity and supports the productive use of technology for better business outcomes
  • Building partnerships among key stakeholders to understand business needs and to ensure that digital workplace initiatives support business outcomes
  • Working closely with team members in Talent & Culture to measure team member experience, ensure team member communication is effective, and further team member capabilities with the use of technology
  • Ensuring adequate IT policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization in partnership with our IT security team
  • Managing all IT operations staff and vendors, providing leadership and coaching to ensure departmental success
  • Creating and owning the technology budget, making strategic recommendations for IT infrastructure and capabilities
  • Ensuring all systems, networks, and infrastructure remain operational through preventative maintenance and support
  • Identifying emerging technologies and opportunities to innovate through new systems and tools
  • Remaining current on IT trends, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations
  • Identifying appropriate ticket distribution and escalation process and providing hands-on support for tickets as appropriate globally, and all local Brazil hardware related tickets


Qualifications include:




  • Must possess strong expertise in multiple digital workplace applications, including Google suite of business products, AI alternatives, and more
  • Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders to identify and support technology needs that further business outcomes and provide for a positive team member experience
  • Strong leadership abilities in addition to technical knowledge across hardware, software, networks, and security
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Results-oriented mindset with the drive to deliver exceptional support with 3+ years managing an IT operations team and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts to business leaders and business concepts to technologists, and to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels
  • Experience working on a geographically distributed team supporting multiple countries; must speak English fluently in order to support a global population
