About the Role

As our Content Programming and Strategy Specialist, you will create conceptual content curation strategies that consider targeted audiences, consumer habits, and global/regional content trends.

Responsibilities
  • Create strategic content curation plans that account for diverse target audiences, customer behaviors, and global content patterns;
  • Design compelling content concepts aligned with airline markets and global business objectives;
  • Analyze passenger profiles to develop tailored content strategies;
  • Organize and select relevant content (Film&TV, regional, and special) for various platforms;
  • Utilize data insights to craft coherent content curation approaches;
  • Negotiate content license agreements with distributors and content creators;
  • Develop innovative projects and propose partnerships with relevant content creators and brands;
  • Pursue opportunities to bring value and differentiation to the airline's Inflight Entertainment platforms;
  • Participate in product development features focused on content management for customers.
About You
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English;
  • High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred);
  • Experience in the airline or entertainment industry is beneficial;
  • Customer service skills are advantageous;
  • Ability to deliver presentations both internally and externally;
  • Effective leadership and project management skills;
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities;
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Clear and effective communication skills;
  • Leadership mindset;
