Executive Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade, data-driven solutions. As a key member of our team, you will set technical direction and raise engineering quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own solution architecture and technical roadmap for full-stack services on cloud platforms.
- Design and implement distributed systems for large-scale scale, reliability, and performance.
- Develop services, pipelines, and APIs that turn data into customer-facing capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices and documentation.
Requirements:
- +5 years with Go, Python (NumPy, SciPy), and React.
- +5 years designing and operating cloud architectures in production.
- +5 years building distributed systems and SaaS products.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Proficiency with Jupyter/Google Colab for analysis and prototyping.
- Advanced English skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with observability, security standards, and compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with containerization, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
