Job Function:

We are a global leader in software and cloud portfolio management, modernizing the way organizations manage their IT infrastructure. Our Software Lifecycle Management (SLM) services provide a methodology and framework to optimize underlying IT infrastructure, accelerate cloud adoption, and minimize compliance risk.

As a key member of our team, you will provide professional technical support and consulting services to our customers. You will be able to work independently, represent our organization, and deliver technical solutions to our customers. You will need to learn quickly and keep pace with rapid changes in the cloud space, including the introduction and deployment of new cloud platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and consulting services to customers
  • Work independently and represent the organization
  • Deliver technical solutions to customers
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing cloud technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Google Workspace expertise
  • Industry certification (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
  • Knowledge on Security for Office 365 and Endpoints
  • Power Platform knowledge
  • Sharepoint Online knowledge (Sites, Document Library, etc.)
  • Adoption & Change Management knowledge
  • Advanced English language skills
