Job Overview

We are seeking a senior manager to lead our portfolio of projects and teams.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of projects, prioritize resources, and manage project lifecycles.

This role requires excellent program management skills, effective communication, and deep knowledge of relevant business processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to build effective teams, drive consistency and quality, and communicate program-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and align plans with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
  • Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility for managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program/project-level risks
  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies
  • Communicate program-level reporting and status updates

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent program management skills with experience leading and delivering large projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to positively influence decision making
