As a Senior Supervisor, Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in embedding intelligent AI-powered agents into Salesforce environments.

This unique combination of Salesforce expertise and passion for AI/Agentic-driven solutions requires an individual who can translate complex business needs into tangible, measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Agentforce, as well as experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI services into applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing technical and business readiness through direct customer engagement
  • Designing, configuring, and deploying Agentforce agents within Salesforce; ensuring compliance requirements, business logic, and customer experience goals are met
  • Recommending opportunities to reengineer processes by combining AI agent capabilities with Salesforce automation tools
  • Identifying and providing recommendations on data strategy, data quality, governance, and software development lifecycle best practices
  • Defining and orchestrating agent actions, configuring and maintaining each agent's topics, and creating prompt engineering strategies to improve agent performance, relevance, and accuracy
  • Implementing and configuring leading large language models like GPT-4 for Salesforce agents
  • Performing testing and refinement in customer environment throughout deployment to optimize agent performance
  • Tracking performance metrics and user feedback; executing iterative improvements based on performance metrics to grow Agentforce consumption
  • Building and maintaining knowledge bases and technical documentation for internal and customer use
  • Developing and implementing standardized agent deployment processes; creating and maintaining integration patterns across Salesforce platforms
  • Providing guidance on best practices to ensure customers can self-sustain their Agentforce implementation
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • 5+ years experience with cloud-based technologies and architecture principles
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Agentforce, including Data Cloud or similar data integration platforms
  • Expertise in AI concepts, especially conversational AI or intelligent agents
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications, as well as experience with AI orchestration frameworks or prompt engineering
  • Consistent proactive thinking and desire to self-start on learning and applying new technologies
  • Ability to design scalable solutions for complex business requirements
  • Skilled in debugging, optimizing, and ensuring the reliability of integrated AI-Salesforce solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Agent Studio
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
  • Document technical processes, develop proofs of concept, and participate in Agile project planning
  • Advise on best practices for application development, integration, and technical architecture
