Job Description:

This role is part of a neuro program expansion, including new state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology. The position promotes enhanced collaboration and quality of care by working under the direction of leadership and the clinical team to provide direct patient care associated with clinical licensure and specialty.

  • Models treatment approaches by utilizing current evidence-based practice and healthcare trends while providing direct patient care.
  • Applies research in practice via direct patient care, sharing findings with colleagues and/or professional community, collecting data, and facilitating involvement in current and future performance improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Assists in the orientation and mentorship of staff members.
  • Assists in the facilitation and completion of ongoing and annual staff competencies.
  • Fosters staff education and evidence-based practice through training and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience and Board Certification.
  • Ability to work independently, flexibility, personal integrity, and effective communication skills.
