Global Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate orders, suppliers, and partners to achieve smooth supply chain operations.
  • Create and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in our system to maintain quality control.
  • Negotiate rates and services with freight forwarders and local transport companies.
  • Request freight quotes, monitor international shipments, and ensure cost-effective transport solutions.
  • Oversee billing and documentation for freight and transport partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project-based deliveries for export and import operations to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and supplier performance to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, international trade, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient user of SAP.
  • English as a second language is essential (other languages are a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
