We're seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic growth and deliver exceptional results. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively, and excels at building strong relationships.
You'll play a key role in helping clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging your expertise in account strategy, program management, and customer success.
- Have 2–5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in an agency or high-touch SaaS environment.
- Are an excellent communicator with a proven track record of building trust with clients.
- Have a commercial mindset – you understand client value, identify growth opportunities, and align solutions with business outcomes.
- Can effectively collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, design) to advocate for clients while managing resources.
- Are highly organized, detail-driven, and skilled at prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
- Are intellectually curious and have experimented with AI and automation tools in your work.
- Serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of clients, driving long-term success and growth.
- Translate client goals and feedback into actionable strategies, communicating requirements to internal teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our services and platform.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with sales to drive revenue growth.
- Develop scalable processes and playbooks to improve account management as we grow.
- Communicate effectively in both internal and external settings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new tools, bringing insights to our team and clients.
- Experience working in a high-touch agency or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technical service delivery.
- Track record of building processes or systems to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Proficiency with AI and automation tools like Claude & ChatGPT.
