Digital Customer Engagement Manager

The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer engagement and contractual agreement services for SAP Cloud Customers of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
The successful candidate will oversee the customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities will include customer onboarding, continuous service delivery, release and maintenance project initiation, change management, and issue mitigation.
The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate service delivery and customer success.
Key Requirements- Engineering graduate with experience as an SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
- Good understanding of ECS operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools
- Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how
- Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions
- Understanding of escalation handling and procedures
- Experience working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
