Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to work on strategic custom transformer projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, proposing continuous improvements, and supporting contract and risk management.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and apply advanced engineering techniques in developing complex projects.
2. Oversee all project phases, from development to commissioning.
3. Propose innovative solutions and technical improvements based on studies and analyses.
4. Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies to inform strategic decisions.
5. Support contract management, including scope changes and risk analysis.
6. Assess risks and opportunities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
7. Develop management reports with project performance indicators.
8. Guide and train junior engineers and technicians to foster team development.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in high-complexity projects.
  • Familiarity with Creo (3D), MS Office, simulation tools, and Sin Solid.
  • Experience in structural calculations, static calculations, mechanical projects, and reporting.
  • An intermediate level of English is required.
  • Spanish skills are an asset.
  • Ability to collaborate across different areas.
  • Strong technical communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
