Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing self-service tutorials for customers and support agents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills in Portuguese, fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level minimum). They will also have previous experience as a technical writer or content writer and ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement self-service tutorials for customers and support agents
- Produce monthly reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses to be shared with the client
- Capture device screenshots, create and update tutorial steps, track sessions, visits, and rating
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills in Portuguese
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level minimum)
- Previous experience as a technical writer or content writer
- Able to work collaboratively with technical teams
