Lead Creative Strategist for Paid Media

We're seeking a senior creative leader to drive innovative ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. As Lead Creative Strategist, you will develop high-performing ad campaigns that align with client objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in paid media, AI-powered creative direction, and performance marketing. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with performance marketers to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategic ad campaigns that meet or exceed client performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to integrate data-driven insights into ad concept development.
  • Lead a team of designers focused on creating high-quality, engaging ad assets.
  • Presentation of ad concepts to stakeholders and clients with clarity and strategic rationale.
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in senior-level design and people management.
  • Digital portfolio showcasing performance-focused ad creative with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and composition.
  • Familiarity with AI software integration to increase efficiencies and output.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
